Maryland Codes and Sections pertaining to Wear and Carry:

4-104

Maryland Criminal Law Code § 4-104 covers laws pertaining to children and their access to firearms. In this case, a child is defined as a person under 16 years of age. This code specifically prohibits an individual from leaving or storing a loaded firearm in a place where an unsupervised child could access the firearm.

Section 5-118 - Firearm Application Universal Citation: MD. Public Safety Code Ann. § 5-118 (2020) (a) A firearm applicant shall: (1) submit to a licensee or designated law enforcement agency a firearm application on the form that the Secretary provides; and

Additional codes

Additional codes that should be researched in regard to carrying a concealed weapon in Maryland are: 5-123, 5-128, 5-133, 5-134, 5-136, 5-303, 5-306. 

These codes can be somewhat long and confusing and should be further clarified if you do not understand them completely.
